The Magna Carta
was oe of many infunces to the Declaration of Independence. the idea of the Magna Carta was that the government had limited
powerit gives the people the right to live own proprty and liberty.
The Engish Bill of Right said that
you have the right to have a fair and fast trial in front of a jury of your peers. It also said that you can petition the
king or rule with out geting punished.
The Mayflower Compact was made to get
law and order in the 1620s when the Plymouth first came to the U.S.A

are the base of the Declaration of Independence and what we go by to day
