BILL of RIGHTS

The 1st amendment said that your have the right to say what you want, freedom of religon, petition the government, assembly and press.

The 2nd amendment is the right to bear arms and to maintain a militia.

The 4th amendment protcts your right against unreasonable searches and seizures.

The 5th amendment assures the right not to be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.

The 6th amendment guarantess the right to a speedy and trial by an impartial jury.

The 7th amendment guves you the right to a jury trial cases by common laws.

The 8th amendment protects you from excessive bail or cruel and unusual punishment.

I think we could live without the the 4th and 7th amendment because we dont need common laws or people dont need a resson to such.

I think if we only had 2 amendments it should be the 5th and 8th. I think the 5th because we should have the right to live own proprty and to have independence
