Issuse Surrounding the Constitution

One of the issues were power. The people back in thoes day didnt know how to split power up between the Feds and the
states. Another issues was the slave issues a slave was 3/5 of one person every 5 slave = 3 free person. And the last issues
was how much power did a citizon have.
